I love this fireplace. It’s absolutely beautiful and adds such a nice feeling to my home. Takes some coordination between getting it hung and having an electrician install a separate outlet. The instructions aren’t the best and actually had to call the manufacturer for clarification…you have to drill holes into the unit to install the mantle, which seemed crazy. Why it didn’t come with pre-drilled holes is beyond me. Great customer service from seller and manufacturer. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You won’t regret it.

The fireplace arrived quickly and was packaged securely. We had it professionally installed, replacing a drafty old gas fireplace. The glass on the new fireplace was giving off a funhouse mirror effect. Turns out one layer of glass was installed backwards at the factory. Modern Flames talked us through flipping the glass and all was well. It is gorgeous! We use it everyday!
